May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts. Bertie Beetle is made on equipment that also processes products containing peanuts and tree nuts.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2–5 business days (longer during sale periods and Christmas). You'll receive a tracking link by email on the day of dispatch.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, 2–4 for Adelaide and regional hubs, and 5–7 for Perth, NT and Tasmania. Express Post speeds up delivery after dispatch, but doesn't speed up processing.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via Australia Post and Couriers Please within Australia, and internationally to selected countries via Sendle (any customs duties are the receiver's responsibility).

In warmer months we recommend adding heat protection packaging to chocolate orders.

Returns & refunds

Because Bertie Beetle is a food product, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped — chocolate that leaves our care can't be resold.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

A note on warm weather: chocolate and Australian summers are old enemies. We pack orders in insulated packaging during warmer months, but if your Berties still arrive worse for wear, send us a photo and we'll sort it out.
